Lava's Z-series of smartphones is getting a new member with the launch of the Lava Z2 Max. It is a phone marketed as a perfect companion for online learning. Its main highlight includes a bigger display and battery that Lava believes will help anyone interested in learning through the phone.
The Lava Z2 Max sports a 7-inch HD+ (1640 x 720 pixels) IPS display with a dot-like notch and a 20.5:9 aspect ratio. The phone is powered by an undisclosed MediaTek Helio processor and has 2GB of RAM. It is available with a single 32GB onboard storage option but also supports microSD cards up to 256GB.
The back panel has a dual-camera setup featuring a 13-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.85 aperture and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. The front camera on the phone is an 8-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture, screen flash, and fixed focus. There is a huge 6,000mAh battery to keep the lights on. It is claimed to offer up to 40 hours of talk time on 4G connectivity and about 9 hours of continuous YouTube playback with full brightness and sound.
