Xiaomi has officially debuted its lineup of premium smartphones for the year 2021 in India. It includes the beast of a smartphone i.e. Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra along with two other phones called Mi 11X and Mi 11X Pro. These two phones are nothing but the rebranded Redmi K40 and Redmi K40 Pro+ respectively that debuted in China earlier this year.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra is a dual-display smartphone but the secondary tiny display is present on the backside. The main display is a 6.81-inch WQHD+ (3200 x 1440 pixels) quad-curved AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. It offers AdaptiveSync to adjust refresh rate (30Hz, 60Hz, 90Hz, and 120Hz) depending on the content displayed. It further boasts HDR10+, Dolby Vision, a peak brightness of 1700 nits, 480Hz touch sampling rate, DCI-P3 color gamut, Sunlight display 3.0, Reading mode 3.0, and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.
The secondary display measures 1.1-inch and is an AMOLED panel. It has 126 x 294 pixels resolution with 450 nits of peak brightness and Always-on Display functionality. It can be used for checking app alerts and notifications but also as a selfie previewer while using rear cameras for a selfie.
