COVID-19 vaccination has begun for everyone in India but getting a vaccine slot is a task, especially for people aged between 18-44. CoWIN portal is there to help but the website developed by the Indian government is unable to help as much as expected. To make it easy for one to find the nearest COVID-19 vaccine centre, WhatsApp has introduced a chatbot in collaboration with MyGov. The secure messaging platform has added the option to find the nearest vaccination center to the MyGov Corona Helpdesk chatbot, which was launched early last year. Here’s how you can use it.
