OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro finally receive Android 11 update - Android

OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro have finally received the Android 11 update as OxygenOS 11. The update is pretty big and so is its changelog. The update also includes the February Android Security Patch, which isn’t the latest one. It has also updated the GMS package to January 2021.

The OxygenOS 11 based on Android 11 includes so many new features and optimizations. There is now a fresh new UI visual design. The Camera UI has also been updated and optimized. Now, there is an HEVC codec to reduce video storage size seamlessly. Also, the Canvas feature has finally arrived for the OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro phones that automatically produces a wireframe picture of the photo on the lock screen. To access it, simply go to Settings > Customization> Wallpaper> Canvas – Choose photo preview and it can be generated automatically.
