Fitbit Ace 3 fitness tracker for kids announced for just $79 - Android

It packs a battery life of 8 days.

Fitbit has officially announced the Ace 3 fitness tracker. It is the newest member of the Fitbit Ace lineup of fitness trackers meant for kids. It is a direct successor to the Ace 2 model launched in 2019. Since it has been a long gap between the release of these two models, there are some noteworthy improvements and changes.

The Fitbit Ace 3 fitness and sleep tracker is targeted at kids of at least six years of age. The product design is mostly similar to the predecessor except that it has more curves. It features a display panel that is now 20% brighter. There are new animated clock faces and different accessories for kids to help them personalize their trackers.

The battery life of the tracker has also been improved. Fitbit is claiming that the Ace 3 can now last for up to 8 days on a single charge. It also has a swim-proof design that will be beneficial for kids who love to swim. As the main goal of the tracker is to motivate kids to take care of their health, it also has various modes. It sets a goal for kids to reach 60 daily active minutes and also reminds them to walk at least 250 steps on an hourly basis. The steps goal can also be customized as per the need or preference.
