From the look of the things, the Galaxy J6 will be Samsung's next mid-rangers smartphone with Infinity display. This year Samsung introduced Galaxy A8 and A8+ as the first mid-rangers with Infinity, display. Recently the company introduced Galaxy A6 and A6+ as a toned down A8 series with Infinity display. Now the company is getting ready to announce Galaxy J6 with Infinity display. Today the device first hands-on images appear online thanks to SamMobile which reveals the key design details of the front and rear side.
The images showcase the device in full glory. The first prominent aspect of the design is undoubtedly Infinity display. Despite having full front-facing display the device has significant bezels around the edges. However, the users can enjoy the full front-facing display, experience with awesome viewing angles. Being an entry-level smartphone it lacks unibody metal design instead it comes with plastic rear but it isn't removable which means you can't have access to the battery cell.
As per recent leak, the Galaxy J6 will be featuring a 5.6-inches AMOLED display panel with HD+ screen resolution. The Samsung's own Octa-core Exynos 7870 chipset is powering the device. It will be available in three configurations with 2,3 and 4GB RAM. The base variant has 32GB storage whereas the premium variant has 64GB storage. Its native storage will be further expandable via MicroSD card.
