Just last month we came across a leak which revealed that Qualcomm is working on a couple of new mid-range processors, namely SM6150 & SM7150. The SM6150 out of these two was said to have been built using an 11nm fabrication process, quite the recently announced Snapdragon 675 SoC.
Now a new listing on Geekbench shows a prototype device featuring the upcoming SM6150 SoC. The benchmark scores suggest that this processor belongs to the Snapdragon 600 family of processors and is an Octa-core processor built on ARM-64 architecture with a base clock speed of 1.80GHz.
The listing reveals that the prototype has 6GB of RAM and boots up on Android 9 Pie and got a single-core score of this particular handset is 2,598, while the multi-core score is 5,467. In comparison, the Snapdragon 675 scored slightly lower single-core score at 2,267 while the multi-core score at 6,103 was higher than the upcoming SoC.
