OnePlus has now started seeding the second Android 8.0 Oreo beta for the OnePlus 5 users rolled in the beta program. The new beta update brings several bug fixes and improvements to the device. The update includes fixes for the Launcher, the Camera app, and the Files Manager. It also brings in November 2017 Android security patch to the device.

In the previous beta, the launcher had issues with widgets and shortcuts, which the new update fixes. The Files Manager gets support for f4v video format and speed improvements. The camera app receives few UI changes while the Parallel app and Picture-in-Picture have also been fixed. OnePlus has also made improvements to the Reading Mode, Vibration, Bluetooth audio, and the security.

You can download the update by downloading it manually and installing it by either sideloading or installing it via recovery. The final stable Android Oreo release for the OnePlus 5 is said to arrive by the end of this month or January 2018.
