Google’s annual ‘Made by Google’ launch event has been spoiled in more ways than one. First off, almost all details regarding the Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL have been leaked over the course of the last few months. The Pixel has been leaked in a hands-on review and just a few hours before launch its AI features in the camera were also leaked. Well, that’s not all. It seems like the Google event is falling apart as now Google has accidentally confirmed the launch of its Home Hub before its official launch.
Leaks are one thing, but this surfaced from the horse’s mouth. A new promo on the Play Store reveals more details about the Google Home Hub. The Home Hub has had its own share of leaks and in all probability be launched at a price tag of $149.
The terms and conditions reveal that the Home Hub will be available for pre-order from today and that users will be able to avail of a 25% discount when purchasing it with a Chromecast Ultra. While this isn’t much of a discount considering that the Chromecast has been up for sale with similar discount offers on its own, it’s still a discount offer and we know that the Home Hub will not only be launched today at Google’s launch event but will also be available for pre-order.
