The Galaxy S9 Android Pie update will bring a new camera feature which is already available on the Galaxy Note 9. The leaked Galaxy S9 Android Pie firmware reveals that the device will receive the Galaxy Note 9’s Scene Optimizer feature.
According to the definition of the feature, Scene Optimizer automatically adjusts the color settings of the pictures so as to match the subject that matters. It should be noted that this feature is already present on the Galaxy A7 (2018) model and the Galaxy S9 will receive it via the Android Pie update. On the Galaxy S9, the feature is coming as a dedicated camera mode but on the Galaxy Note 9, it works as an option which means a user can choose to turn it on or off. However, the Pie update is also expected to change it to the camera mode as well for the Galaxy Note 9.
The same feature also came to the Galaxy A8 Star as part of a software update recently. The Android Pie will bring other native features as well including new gesture navigation, adaptive battery and brightness, app actions, and much more.
